Location and On-Device Data in the Mobile App

• The app requests foreground device location only when you actively use the nearby-station feature. Coordinates are sent over an encrypted connection to ARadio solely to return nearby stations in real time. We do not use them for advertising or profiling and do not retain the coordinates after servicing the request.
• If approximate IP-based location is used, it is likewise used only to service the nearby-station request in real time.
• Favorites, listening history, language, theme, and haptics preferences are stored locally on your device. You can clear favorites, history, or all local listening data from the app settings at any time.
• When playing a live stream, the app connects to ARadio and the relevant station or streaming provider. Those services may receive your IP address and basic network-request information as necessary to deliver the stream.
• The current mobile app does not require an account and does not include an advertising or tracking SDK.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve ARadio.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
